Rules for using allv

Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using allv, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that people using your workspace comply with these terms and all applicable laws.

Eligibility and account responsibilities

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for account credentials and security settings.
• You must not share accounts in ways that bypass workspace controls or intended usage limits.
• You must use allv only for lawful business or personal productivity purposes.

Service use and availability

allv provides AI-assisted automation features, including chat execution, workflows, runs, memory, and integrations. Features may evolve over time, and some capabilities may depend on subscription tier or service availability.

You remain responsible for reviewing outputs and approvals where required by your organization or compliance obligations.

Acceptable use and prohibited behavior

You may not use allv for abuse, unlawful activities, or attempts to harm others or the platform.

• Illegal activity, fraud, deception, harassment, or exploitation.
• Malware, unauthorized access attempts, or security attacks.
• Abusive automation, spam, or behavior that disrupts service integrity.
• Use that violates third-party rights, contracts, or applicable regulations.

If we detect abuse or illegal use, we may immediately restrict, suspend, or terminate affected accounts and workspaces without prior notice.

Billing and subscriptions

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to your selected plan and billing interval. You can cancel subscription renewal at any time from billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.

You authorize us and our payment processor to charge applicable fees, taxes, and related charges for your plan.

Refund policy (7 days)

We offer a 7-day refund window for the first subscription payment only.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the initial charge.
• Requests are submitted through the contact form.
• Charges after the first-payment refund window are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access if:

• These terms are violated.
• There is abuse, illegal activity, or high-risk misuse of the service.
• Payment obligations are not met.

In abuse or illegal-use cases, termination may be immediate. We may preserve relevant records and cooperate with lawful authority requests where required.

Intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability limits

allv and related product assets are protected by intellectual property rights. You retain rights to content you submit, and you grant us rights necessary to operate the service.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent allowed by law. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Changes, governing law, and contact

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of allv after updates become effective means you accept the revised terms.

These terms are governed by applicable laws of the European Union and, where required, the laws of the applicable EU member-state jurisdiction.
